Pre-order — Backorder / Released Items

This applies to items that have already been released but are sourced specially after your order is placed.

These items are not kept in regular UK stock and are sourced specifically for your order. Estimated dispatch times are provided on the product page and may vary depending on supplier availability, shipping schedules, and customs processing.

Availability is not guaranteed until stock has been secured from the supplier. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, a full refund will be issued.

Packaging condition cannot be guaranteed, especially for imported collectibles and older items.

Pre-order — Upcoming Release

This applies to items that have not yet been officially released.

By placing a pre-order, you are reserving an upcoming product before its release date. Dispatch estimates shown on the product page are approximate and may change due to manufacturer delays, production changes, shipping disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

If a manufacturer cancels a product or we are unable to fulfil your order, a full refund will be issued.

Product images shown before release may be prototypes or promotional images. Final products, packaging, colours, paint application, and included bonuses may vary from the images shown.
