This website is operated by Collect Monsters. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Collect Monsters. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. About us

Collect Monsters is a UK-based online store selling trading card game products, collectibles, accessories, imported goods, pre-order items and related products.

2. Products and availability

We aim to describe all products as accurately as possible. Product images, descriptions, prices and availability may change from time to time.

Some products may be imported from Japan, China, Korea or other regions. Packaging, language, product codes and release versions may differ from UK retail products.

Availability is not guaranteed until your order has been accepted. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and offer a suitable solution, such as waiting for restock, replacing the item, or receiving a refund.

3. Pre-order items

Some products may be sold as pre-order items. Estimated dispatch times are shown on the product page where relevant.

Pre-order dates are estimates only. Delays can happen due to supplier availability, international shipping, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

By placing a pre-order, you agree that the item may be dispatched later than standard in-stock items. If there is a significant delay, we will aim to update you using the contact details provided at checkout.

4. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket. Your order is accepted when we confirm it or dispatch the goods.

All prices are shown in GBP. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing it.

Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom unless stated otherwise.

In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. Pre-order items are dispatched according to the estimated timeframe shown on the relevant product page.

UK postage costs are calculated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs checks, incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, or events outside our reasonable control. Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing an order.

6. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms of Service affects your statutory rights.

For most online purchases, UK consumers have the right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods. Some exceptions may apply, including where sealed goods are opened and are no longer suitable for return for health, hygiene, security, or product integrity reasons.

Opened trading card products, blind boxes, sealed collectibles, and similar sealed items may not be eligible for return unless faulty, damaged, or not as described.

7. Product condition

We aim to pack orders carefully and describe product condition accurately.

For trading cards and collectibles, minor manufacturing imperfections may occur, including print lines, centering issues, small marks, packaging marks or factory defects. These do not always mean the item is faulty.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or materially different from the description, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos.

8. Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping and contact information.

You must not use our website for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with the website, misuse discount codes, submit false information, or attempt fraudulent purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where we suspect fraud, abuse, resale manipulation, payment issues, or misuse of our service.

9. Intellectual property

All website content, including text, layout, branding, photographs and graphics created by us, belongs to Collect Monsters or is used with permission.

Pokémon, Digimon and other franchise names, characters, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Collect Monsters is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Bandai, or any related rights holders unless clearly stated.

10. Accuracy of website information

We try to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that all information will always be error-free.

We may update product information, prices, policies, stock status or website content at any time.

11. Limitation of liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory consumer rights.

Subject to the above, we are not responsible for indirect losses, business losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you placed your order.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also have rights under the laws that apply where you live.
