1. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Free UK delivery is available on eligible orders over £65.

We offer several shipping methods to accommodate your needs:

Royal Mail Tracked 48: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day and delivered within 2-4 business days, depending on the destination.

Royal Mail Tracked 24: Orders placed with Express shipping will be processed within 1 business day and delivered within 1-2 business days.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package, the shipping method selected, and the destination. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your order.

3. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within the same day if ordered before 4pm UK time, Monday to Friday (excl. public holidays). During busy times and release periods there may be a slight delay in the shipment of your order and it will be shipped the following day.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking number.

5. Delivery
