This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered by Collect Monsters.

1. Dispatch location

All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page.

We source selected trading card game products, collectibles and accessories from regions including Japan, China and Korea, but customer orders are shipped from the UK after the items have arrived with us.

2. In-stock items

In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment has been received.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

During busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

3. Pre-order items

Some products are sold as pre-order items.

Estimated dispatch times are shown on the relevant product page. These estimates may vary due to supplier availability, release schedules, international shipping, customs processing, postal delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

By placing an order for a pre-order or imported item, you agree to the estimated dispatch timeframe shown on the product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may hold the order and dispatch everything together when all items are ready. If you would like in-stock items sent separately, please contact us before placing your order or as soon as possible after ordering. Additional postage costs may apply.

4. UK shipping

UK postage options and prices are shown at checkout.

The available shipping methods may depend on the size, weight, value and destination of the order.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will depend on the postal service selected at checkout.

5. International shipping

We currently only offer UK shipping.

6. Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or returned parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, missed delivery, refusal to accept the parcel, or failure to collect the parcel, we may ask you to pay the postage cost for re-delivery.

7. Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after dispatch.

Some low-value or small orders may be sent using services with limited tracking, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

8. Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at:

We will investigate with the postal service where possible.

If a parcel is confirmed as lost before it reaches you, we will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement where available or a refund.

Please allow reasonable time for postal delays, especially during busy periods, bank holidays, severe weather, strikes or other service disruptions.

9. Damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:

- your order number
- clear photos of the outer packaging
- clear photos of the damaged item
- a description of the issue

Please keep the packaging until the issue has been reviewed, as it may be needed for a postal claim.

10. Risk and delivery

Goods remain our responsibility until they come into your physical possession, or the physical possession of someone you have identified to receive them.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy affects your statutory rights.
