Pikachu & Cramorant

Cramorant has caught more than it bargained for. Pikachu tumbles from its open beak in a shower of droplets, while an Arrokuda leaps nearby.

Illustrated by Tomokazu Komiya, the scene captures Cramorant’s indiscriminate appetite with exaggerated expressions and playful movement. Rich blue feathers stand out against a warm woodland backdrop, while textured strokes give the artwork the character of a storybook illustration. A wonderfully awkward encounter between two very different Pokémon.
